Food Matters Live judges were were delighted to award us winners of their 2018 Best New Ingredient of the Year Award for our gluten free panko crumb . What made the multi-purpose crumb stand out to the judges? It’s gluten free, clean label and made from only one major ingredient: British-grown yellow pea flour.
