It provides dishes with an allergen free and veg-led ingredient, and is ideal for substituting or reducing the beef content in traditional mince-based meals.
No need to refrigerate or freeze. Simply hydrate, season, and cook.

For best results, hydrate on a 2:1 ratio with hot stock for 20 minutes before use. Once hydrated our mince will double in weight, 1kg dry mince = 2kg hydrated weight (minimum).
