Pulled BBQ Pieces

- 50g Pea Protein Chunks, hydrated
- 135g tomato sauce
- 30g soft brown sugar
- 20ml apple cider vinegar
- 10ml gluten free soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp water
Add the BBQ sauce ingredients into a medium bowl and combine.
Drain any excess liquid off the Pea Protein Chunks and add to the BBQ sauce.
Mix to combine.
Tip into a pan and bring to the boil.
Gently simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce is absorbed.
Load up the buns with the sticky BBQ pieces.
Top with vegan slaw and a small handful of microgreens.
