Beer Battered Cod
- 380g cod fillets
- 225g novofarina whole pea flour
- 400ml cold gluten free beer (we use St Peter's Brewery G-Free)
- 3 heaped teaspoons baking powder
Mix the baking powder into the flour.
Add the beer a little at a time, until you achieve a double cream consistency.
Coat each cod fillet in the batter and add to the fryer basket.
Set Fryer at 150C and fry for 5 minutes.
