Gluten Free Dumplings

Gluten Free Dumplings


  • 100g pea flour
  • 100g vegetable suet
  • 200ml water
  • 20g parmesan cheese, grated (optional)


Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Slowly add the water to bring the mixture together into a firm but pliable dough - you may need a little more or less water.

Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling mixture onto the stew annd cook for 30 minutes. Cook uncovered for a crispy dumpling, or leave the lid on for a softer dumpling.

To check if the dumplings are cooked, insert a cocktail stick and make sure it comes out clean.
