Parsley Sauce


  • 25g novofarina yellow pea flour
  • 25g butter
  • 600ml milk
  • 2tbsp parsley, fresh chopped
  • salt & pepper


Melt the butter in a saucepan

Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes

Take off the heat and gradually stir in the milk to get a smooth creamy sauce.

Return to the heat, stirring all the time, bring to the boil and then gently simmer for 8-10 minutes

Season to tase

Stir in the freshly chopped parsley and serve.
