- 190g Butter
- 190g Good quality dark chocolate (50%+ cocoa solids) chopped into small pieces or use chips/callets.
- 3 Eggs
- 250g Caster sugar
- 115g novofarina yellow pea flour
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
Pre-heat oven to 180°C
Melt chocolate and butter together
Whisk eggs and sugar until thick and pale
Mix 1 & 2 together
Fold in flour
Bake in a lined 20cm square cake tin for 35 – 40 mins. Cooking times will vary depending on your oven. Cool for 10 minutes and then mark into squares and leave until completely cold before removing from tin. Brownies should be squidgy in the middle.
