BBQ Pulled Pieces

BBQ sauce

  • 135g tomato sauce
  • 30g soft brown sugar
  • 20ml apple cider vinegar
  • 10ml gluten free soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp water


Add the BBQ sauce ingredients into a medium bowl and combine.

Add the Medium Hydrate Pea Protein Chunks to the BBQ sauce.

Mix to combine.

Tip into a pan and bring to the boil.

Gently simmer for 10 minutes until the sauce is absorbed.

 Load up the buns with the sticky BBQ pieces.

Top with vegan slaw and a small handful of microgreens.

Serve immediately.
