Gluten Free Waffles


  • 250g novofarina yellow pea flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • 90g melted butter
  • 400ml milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Pre heat waffle irons

Mix flour and sugar together

Whisk the eggs, butter and milk in a jug

Slowly pour into the flour mixture and whisk until smooth

Rest mixture for 5 minutes before making the waffles

Serve with your favourite topping and enjoy!
